I've tried buying boots for my wife in the past with mixed results. But I'm relieved to say these boots got the happy approval. The heel is perfectly between the too low and too high feedback I've had previously. Right spacing at front for toes she tells me! she is about 5ft3 and the boots just sat over the knee as pictured. I live in Gibraltar and was concerned about delivery. But they shipped the item very quickly and it was only the Royal Mail side I had to worry about. In fact I raised a helpdesk ticket about the concern and they kindly responded that they will pay extra attention to follow the delivery steps with Royal Mail delivery. So a happy customer here I'm sure I will shop with them again.
